My Thursday's Menu

Daily Point Target 32

Breakfast

Bagel = 4pts
2 T reduced fat cream cheese = 2 pts

Snack
Low fat cheese stick = 1 pt

Lunch
Smoothie = 2 pts
green salad w/tomatoes = 0 pts
10 sprays Salad Spritzers, Italian = 0 pts

Snack
Fiber One Oats & Peanut Butter granola bar = 3 pts

Chocolate in one form or another :) 8 pts

Dinner
Lord of the Onion Rings = 1 pt
celery & salad = 0 pt
Fiber 1 Apple Cinnamon muffin = 4pts

Bedtime Snack
Fiber 1 Apple Cinnamon muffin = 4pts

Daily Point total = 29 pts

If you keep losing weight on all this Fiber One stuff, they should start paying you as a spokesperson! Here's my Thursday. All I have to say is, Thanks heavens for Flexpoints, because I've been a bad girl!

Breakfast:
Kelloggs Frosted Mini Wheats = 3 pts
1 cup 1% milk = 2 pts

Lunch:
1 oz marinated chicken = 1 pt
1/2 cup 1% milk = 1 pt
(I knew I was going to have a naughty dinner, so I didn't eat much lunch)

Snack:
12 Cinnamon brown sugar almonds = 2 pts

Dinner:
1/2 order of Cafe Rio pork nachos = 15 pts (and worth every last one!)
4 peppermint hard candies = 2 pts (who knew peppermint hard candies had points??? Not I! Stupid, unexpected 2 pts...)

Late night dessert:
WW Chocolate Creme cake = 1 pt
WW Giant cookies and cream bar = 2 pts. Mmmm...

Total points = 29 points. 8 points over my alloted amount, and totally worth it!
